Casting for Huffy Bikes

If you've read the previous casting post, you'll need to refresh your browser so you can see new instructions and dates. We're looking for kids for a shoot with Huffy/United Wheels. The breakdown of ages and sizes are below. This is a paid job for kids and it's open to the public: however, there are specific casting instructions you must use to submit your child.
Casting Call for Kids Aged 1.5 - 6 y/o
We are seeking children for a shoot with Huffy bikes, trikes and motorized toy cars.
Shoot Dates: October 27–29, 2026
We require specific talent for each day:
Day 1 – 10/27 (BOYS)
2 boys, age 3–5, 37–42" and max 44 lbs. (at least one must be comfortable riding a bike)
1 boy, age 4–6, 42–48" (must be comfortable riding a bike, preferably without training wheels)
Day 2 – 10/28 (BOYS)
1 boy, age 1.5–3, max 43 lbs.
2 boys, age 3–5, 37–42" and max 44 lbs. (at least one must be comfortable riding a bike)
2 boys, age 3–5, max 65 lbs.
Day 3 – 10/29 (GIRLS)
1 girl, age 1.5–3, max 43 lbs.
2 girls, age 3–5, 37"+ and max 44 lbs. (must be comfortable riding a three-wheel trike)
1 girl, age 4–6, 42–49" (must be comfortable riding a bike, preferably without training wheels)
Compensation
Rate: $400-$500 per child, depending on the role booked (20% agency fee applies).

Rename Your Files: Change the name of your files to "First Name. Last Name. Huffy" before sending.
Email Content: Include parent(s) name(s) and a cell phone number for text communication. List your availability for the dates mentioned. Please note that dates were tweaked. Confirm your availability in the body of your email.
Lighting: Ensure bright lighting for clear photos. Your child should be in front of the light (not backlit). Include a full-body shot and a waist-up shot. Please have the kids smile in both pics.
Slate Card: Add a horizontal sheet of paper with your child's name, age, height, and weight.
Height Verification: Use a measuring tape or yardstick in the full-body shot to verify your child's height. Accurate height is essential for fitting the bikes and trikes.
File Transfer: Use WeTransfer After renaming each photo, use We Transfer to email your photos, which allows for multiple file uploads. This is a free service.
Deadline: Due to deadlines, we will not open files that are not named correctly, emailed correctly or that require long download times.

All photos must be renamed. Parent's name and cell phone included in the body of your email.
Slate Card should be visible on camera
Height and measurements must be honest and proof provided by yardstick. Kids must fit the bikes!
We will not accept emailed attachments. All files must be sent via WeTransfer by tomorrow 10/21 at 9 PM.
