We work with investors, luxury buyers and sellers, as well as short-term rental owners, along with clients seeking a home to live in. Some come to us for the numbers, others for the lifestyle, and most for a blend of both. The brand is understated and confident—polished without being flashy, and never salesy. The talent should embody that same quiet confidence on camera.
This property is a bungalow being sold as a primary residence. The video will be lifestyle-focused, aiming to showcase what it’s like to live there. The model is the focal point; I want someone who will capture viewers' attention and keep them engaged.
Dialogue will be minimal, consisting of a short scripted line or two about the property, followed by mostly on-camera presence as the talent moves through the home. I am looking for someone in their late 20s to mid-30s who is camera-ready and well-presented. Professional attire is required for the wardrobe.
