Casting National Apartment Homes

We are casting for a home rental company that offers flexible-leased, furnished apartments for renters in cities across the US. We are casting talent who will appear as renters enjoying the warmth of would-be rented spaces in their own distinct ways. 

What we are looking for (3 types of talent): 

1) Male talent: aged 24-42 years old. Focus on mixed / ambiguous ethnicity but open to all backgrounds. All sizes. Looking for confident, charming, charismatic types.

2) Female talent: aged 28-36 years old. Focus on mixed / ambiguous ethnicity but open to all backgrounds. All sizes. Looking for confident, charming, charismatic types.

3) Youth female talent: aged 6-10 years old. Ideally has on-set experience. Focus on mixed / ambiguous ethnicity but open to all backgrounds.

Shoot Logistics: 

Shoot Location: Arlington, VA 

Accommodations will be paid for by the client and there will be a $500 travel stipend for flights, train etc. This is our max, no flex, so submitted talent needs to be OK with booking their own travel using the $500 stipend. Hotel accommodations are provided.

Fit date: February 11

Shoot dates: February 12-13 (both days) 

*If talent does need to travel, they would absolutely need to travel on February 10 and 14. No flying in / out day of fitting or shoot.  

This is a non-union production, stills and video.

Rates :

Fitting: $500 - 20% 

Session fee / shoot day: $750 - 20%

Usage fee: $3,500 - 20% 

Travel stipend if required

- Social: social channels, unpaid/paid

Next Step:

Shoot a video of yourself telling a little about what you do for fun, as though you live in a luxury apartment complex and enjoy the pool or gym. ADULTS: Wear something that shows your figure. Nothing too sexy. Maybe gym clothing or swimsuit with cover up. KIDS: Wear a casual outfit like you're going to the playground. ALL TALENT should stat name, agency and say that you're located in Savannah, GA. Next, begin to talk about how you love going to the pool, the gym, playground, etc. Be creative! Creative videos book jobs! Make sure you have good lighting on your face. Slate at the beginning:
