• Networking Appointments and Meet & Greet with Agents Scheduled at Agents'' offices in NY or on Zoom

• Wednesday, March 25, 2026 - NYC Performers' Orientation

  Mandatory for All Performers & Parents

  
  

• Wednesdays at 5:30 PM weekly coaching.

  Starts Wednesday, March 26 at 5:30 PM

  Attend as many Wednesdays as you can until the June showcase

  
  

• April 2026 - By appointment, 2 Scheduled Private Zoom Calls with Halo for Coaching and Prep

  This appointment will be scheduled for a weekday evening in April for each performer

  
  

• Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 5:30 PM Dress Rehearsal

  Mandatory for All Performers & Parents

  
  

• Sunday, May 31, 2026 travel to New York City

  
  

• Monday, June 1, 2026 in New York City SHOW TIME!

  
  

• Wednesday, June 4, 2026 travel back home (evening only)
