• Networking Appointments and Meet & Greet with Agents Scheduled at Agents'' offices in NY or on Zoom

• Wednesday, February 19, 2025 - NYC Performers' Orientation

  Mandatory for All Performers & Parents

  
  

• Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

  Starts Wednesday, February 26 at 5:30 PM

  Attend as many Wednesdays as you can until the June showcase

  A Pause for Easter and Spring Break will be Wednesday, March 19

  
  

• April 2025 - Scheduled Private Zoom Call with Halo for Coaching and Prep

  This appointment will be scheduled for a weekday evening in April for each performer

  
  

• Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 5:30 PM Dress Rehearsal

  Mandatory for All Performers & Parents

  
  

• Sunday, June 1, 2025 travel to New York City

  
  

• Monday, June 2, 2025 in New York City SHOW TIME!

  
  

• Wednesday, June 4, 2025 travel back home (evening only)
